• Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage front-end operations and customer experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and uphold store standards.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage for floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, parties, events).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and drive customer retention.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop areas.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Assist Custom Framing operations where applicable.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
