You will recruit, train, and develop Team Members, serve as MOD, and coordinate inventory, merchandising, and safety programs while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with inventory, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the store and ensure SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets; manage team to achieve goals.
• Execute customer brand promises and shrink/safety programs.
• Staff and develop Team Members; hire, train, coach, and manage performance.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure cross-training across departments.
