Job summary

You will provide MOD coverage, manage POS and Self-Checkout systems, oversee in-store events and loyalty programs, and champion omnichannel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience are required.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong customer service focus and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and maintain store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and ART of Selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations to support smooth transactions.
• Promote loyalty programs and in-store events to drive retention.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
