Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Sales Manager in Loveland, CO to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience. This role oversees front-end and service operations, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence across daily activities.

You will lead coaching, SOP compliance, MOD coverage, and seamless omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while promoting loyalty programs and protection plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel service (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plans.
• Support and oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, Custom Framing in volume).
