Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Ensure SOPs, policies, and standards are followed.
• Coach teams on Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in key departments.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
