Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

• Familiarity with POS and self-checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems to support transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (Balloons, birthday parties).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and repeat visits.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service (BOPIS and Same Day Delivery).
• Support Custom Framing operations and framing shop coordination.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
