PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our Wellington, FL team. The role drives store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while coaching associates and delivering a great in-store shopping experience for customers.

You will lead training, manage schedules, merchandise flow, and customer service, partnering with store management to maximize sales and ensure brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in retail preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and cash registers.
• Flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Coach and train associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide feedback to store management on associate performance.
• Oversee merchandise flow and checkout experience.
• Ensure store standards and coverage to create a great customer experience.
