Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our Cottonwood store team. You will drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while coaching associates to provide an outstanding in-store experience.

You will develop schedules, monitor customer service, merchandise flow, and execution of standards, partnering with store management to maximize sales and training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• 1 year of experience required
• Proficient with iPad and store registers
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours
• Physical requirements met

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential
• Provide in-the-moment coaching/training to store associates for floor operations and customer service
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures
• Execute daily store operations and ensure proper associate coverage
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow
• Monitor customer service and schedule staff accordingly
• Lead by example with product knowledge and visual standards
