Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Leader in Aurora Mall to drive store operations and coach associates. You’ll manage floor and stockroom flow, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead training on product and policies. Collaboration with management will shape staffing and performance feedback.

You will oversee checkout, merchandise replenishment, and visual presentation, while modeling our customer experience standards and ensuring a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail or leadership experience.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non‑business hours.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations on sales floor and stockroom.
• Coach and train associates to maximize sales and service.
• Lead scheduling and ensure proper coverage.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow.
• Monitor customer service and resolve issues positively.
