PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Foley store. You will drive in-store operations, coach associates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across sales floor and stockroom functions.

Responsibilities include training staff on policies, product knowledge, and merchandising standards, while partnering with management to optimize coverage and scheduling. This position requires availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and in-stockroom operations to maximize daily results.
• Coach and develop associates for strong customer service.
• Provide feedback to store management on performance.
• Train associates on policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Manage daily store operations and scheduling.
• Oversee checkout and omni-channel processes.
• Ensure great customer experiences through staffing and coverage.
• Address customer issues to achieve positive outcomes.
• Lead with the company customer experience model.
• Maintain product knowledge and execution of presentation standards.
