Qualifications

• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to associates to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with store management to review associate performance.
• Assist with training on operations, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Oversee checkout and merchandise flow to optimize sales.
