The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, policies, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize daily operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Proficient with iPad and cash registers.
• Availability nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Physical requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to ensure strong customer service and store standards.
• Collaborate with Store Management to review associate performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product knowledge, policies and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and manage flow of merchandise.
