PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader in Wellington, FL to drive on-floor and stockroom operations while coaching associates and delivering an outstanding in-store experience. Responsibilities include supporting training, optimizing schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction across daily store activities.

The role requires 1 year of experience, proficient use of iPad/registers, and availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to store associates for efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training on store operations, product knowledge, policies and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure appropriate associate coverage.
• Oversee checkout and merchandise flow including shipments and replenishment.
• Monitor customer service quality and improve processes.
• Create effective work schedules and support exceptional customer experiences.
