Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Manage POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and related events).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards to drive retention and visits.
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS and Same Day Delivery).
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Support Asset Protection to reduce shrink and ensure safe operations.
