Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and operational expectations.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Support execution of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Promote loyalty programs and drive customer retention and repeat visits.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coach and develop team members across assigned departments.
