Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Experience with POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Model Customer Experience and ART of Selling.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage.
• Oversee BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Train and develop team across departments.
• Support Asset Protection practices.
