Job summary

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors.
• Drive sales and service KPIs through coaching and effective day-to-day execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store leadership and operations continuity.
• Oversee loyalty programs and in-store events (Birthdays, etc.).
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
