On the floor, you will share Warby Parker's story, lead front‑of‑house operations, and participate in special projects when a manager isn’t present. The ideal candidate brings retail experience with a customer focus and at least 6 months in a management role, along with strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
