Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create outstanding customer experiences across our U.S. stores.

You will share Warby Parker's story while leading on-floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team huddles when a manager isn't present. You should have retail experience with a customer focus and at least 6 months in a supervisory role, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in customer-focused environment.
• Experience in a management role (6+ months) is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor selling and front-of-house operations in the absence of a manager.
• Open and close the store.
