Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for customers across our U.S. stores.

In this role you’ll share Warby Parker’s story on the floor, participate in process improvements, and help lead a high-energy team when a manager isn’t present. You’ll bring 6+ months in a management role and strong communication, thrive under pressure, and help foster an inclusive, entrepreneurial store culture.
