Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

You will lead on-floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present, while promoting Warby Parker's values and brand. You bring retail experience and at least 6 months in a supervisory role, with outstanding interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while driving

Responsibilities
