Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

You will lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present. You should bring 6+ months in a management role, strong interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovative, customer‑centric service.

• Retail experience at a customer-focused company.
• 6+ months in a management position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to remain calm and adapt quickly under pressure.
