Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create outstanding customer experiences across its U.S. and Canada locations.

You will lead on-floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team huddles when a manager isn’t present, while sharing Warby Parker’s story and mission with customers. Ideal candidates bring retail leadership, superb communication, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude.

Qualifications

• Backed by professional retail experience at a customer-focused company and 6+ months in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager isn’t present.
• Open and close the store.
