Michaels in Oregon City is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store, overseeing front-end and service operations to ensure strong sales results and an engaging customer experience.

You will coach teams on SOPs, policies, POS systems, loyalty programs, and omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while modelling best-in-class customer service and protecting assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Coach and model best-in-class Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions and customer support.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and repeat visits.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in departments including Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
• Ensure efficient execution of BOPIS and Same Day Delivery for strong omni-channel service.
