Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the Pitt-Robinson Township store to lead front-end and service operations, champion selling behaviors, and drive KPI results. You will coach the team, ensure SOP compliance, and oversee POS/self-checkout operations while promoting the Loyalty Rewards program.

The role requires a minimum of 3+ years in retail leadership, with a focus on customer experience and agile, hands-on management in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions and customer support.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
• Ensure efficient execution of BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
