Responsibilities

• Lead and coach selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring POS/Self-Checkout accuracy and smooth transactions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store conditions.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Oversee events/programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, Cut Bar) and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
