Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture in the store. You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure consistency with brand standards and OPS expectations, and coach teams to meet key KPIs.

You will drive omnichannel service, manage POS operations, enroll customers in Loyalty, and support special programs like Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and Same Day Delivery. Nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs for compliance.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; maintain floor leadership and service standards.
