• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems, supporting transactions and customer support.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and visits.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, birthday parties, Knit & Sew Shop) and omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
