You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach the team, and ensure compliance with SOPs and brand standards while managing day-to-day store performance and omnichannel services.

This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to motivate staff across departments, and a focus on asset protection and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Lifts up to 25–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Lead front-end and service operations while enforcing SOPs and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture to drive sales results.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and ART of Selling.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Drive Loyalty program enrollment and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Oversee Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
• Protect assets and reduce shrink through awareness and procedures.
