Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Leader to drive exceptional customer service and sales in our Illinois store. You will lead daily selling efforts, mentor staff, and ensure store processes align with business plans for strong profitability.

You will model and reinforce a customer-obsessed, brand-forward culture across both in-store and online channels, while maintaining presentation and inventory standards. Weekend, holiday, and evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or service.
• Strong communications and customer selling skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports customer selling in-store and online ship-to-store.
• Promotes a customer-obsessed culture and strong selling behaviors.
• Understands role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads customer cues to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promos, and merchandise.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and upholds company policies.
• Performs Manager on Duty tasks, including opening/closing and supervision.
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy.
