Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Leader in Peoria, IL who drives a customer-obsessed sales culture and leads both in-store and online interactions. You will model excellent customer service, support store profitability, and coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure flawless operations.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff on selling behaviors, educating customers on loyalty programs, and ensuring visuals and product presentation meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred
• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service preferred
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required
• Energetic, people and results oriented with drive to succeed
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Must be able to lift and move merchandise and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in store and online
• Promotes a customer-obsessed culture with proactive selling behaviors
• Understands role in sales growth and store profitability
• Reads customer cues to create exceptional in-store experiences
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise
• Acts as brand ambassador and upholds company policies
• Performs MOD duties including opening/closing and supervision
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom organization, and pricing accuracy

• Performs other duties as needed
