Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Leader who is customer-obsessed with strong product knowledge and visual presentation skills. You will implement store business plans and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to execute operational processes and maximize sales.

You will role-model excellent customer behaviors, build rapport with customers and teammates, and guide the team to deliver an outstanding in-store and online experience. Weekend and evening availability required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred.
Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service industry preferred.
Strong communication skills and customer selling experience required.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

Leads, supports and values customer selling in both the in store and online shopping experience.
Leads and supports a customer-obsessed culture that prioritizes selling behaviors.
Understanding your role in sales growth and how you contribute to store profitability.
Interacts with customers to create an exceptional in-store experience.
Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise to build the basket.
Represents the brand professionally and supports company policies.
