Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Leader to drive strong customer engagement in-store and online. You will model excellent customer interactions, supervise the team, and ensure store processes align with business plans. A strong product knowledge and an obsession with customer service are essential to maximize sales.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, executing MOD duties, maintaining stock presentation, and upholding company values. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer selling skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to read and interpret company directives and manuals

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and value customer selling in-store and online (ship to store) shopping experience
• Cultivate a customer-obsessed culture prioritizing selling behaviors
• Understand your role in sales growth and how you contribute to store profitability
• Read cues and respond to customers to create an exceptional in-store experience
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise assortment
• Serve as a brand ambassador, respecting customers and co-workers
• Lead by example and enforce company policies and procedures
• Execute Manager on Duty responsibilities (opening/closing, supervision)
• Assist in freight processing and stockroom organization, merchandise presentation and inventory accuracy
