Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the CIN-KENWOOD, OH store to lead a high-performing selling culture and deliver strong sales results with an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end operations, ensure brand standards, coach staff, and drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while promoting loyalty programs and in-store events.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach team to achieve selling and service KPIs.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support in-store programs (Loyalty, MCC/Extend, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Train and develop team members and manage assets protection.
