Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture and KPIs across the store
• Oversee SOPs, policies and store standards
• Model Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, etc.)
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and delivery
• Coach and train team members through structured onboarding
