Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Epping, NH seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive customer experience, and manage front-end and service operations. You will coach teams, enforce SOPs, and support omni-channel initiatives including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Responsibilities include sikker compliance with policies, managing shop floors, and expanding services such as Balloons, Loyalty, and Knit & Sew Shop. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure adherence to SOPs and Company programs for legal compliance.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to maintain selling standards and brand execution.
• Coach and develop team to improve customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee in-store events and programs (Balloons, birthday parties, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and MCC/Extend services.
• Partner with framing and other departments to coordinate customer service.
