Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Retail- Full Time Sales Manager in Epping, NH. The role leads a high-performing selling culture, drives strong sales and an engaging customer experience, and oversees front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and SOPs are met.

You will coach and develop team members, manage POS systems, and drive omni-channel services, loyalty enrollment, and in-store events to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead store operations and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Coach team to deliver an engaging customer experience and achieve KPIs.
• Oversee front-end, service operations, POS and Self-Checkout usage.
• Drive loyalty enrollment and omni-channel fulfillment incl. BOPIS and delivery.
• Support events like in-store programs and birthday celebrations.
