Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and oversee floor leadership, service standards, and operation continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and customer support.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and MCC/Extend services to customers.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service and oversee department events and programs.
