Michaels in Frisco, TX is seeking a Sales Manager to lead selling culture across the store, drive strong sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.

You will coach and develop team members, provide MOD coverage, manage POS and Self-Checkout, promote Loyalty programs, and drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations.
• Drive BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty program enrollment and customer retention.
• Support Knockout Shop and framing operations as needed.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices.
