Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive KPIs.
• Experience coaching teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs for compliance.
• Ensure policy execution and hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, floor leadership and operations continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Lead Balloons, Loyalty, Knit & Sew Shop, BOPIS, and Same Day Delivery programs.
