Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure policies are followed and store conditions meet standards.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage for floor leadership and operations.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and customer support.
• Oversee Balloons, birthday parties, and in-store programs.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Champion protection plans and Extend services.
• Drive sales and omni-channel performance in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skills.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
