The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Manager for the DET-CHESTERFIELD TOWNSHIP, MI location. You will lead and champion a high-performing selling culture, oversee front-end operations, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards.

You will coach teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve key sales KPIs. You will manage POS and Self-Checkout operations, promote Loyalty Rewards, and drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Experience driving customer experience and sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee front-end operations, cashiering, and customer service standards.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and customer retention.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure operational continuity.
• Support omnichannel execution including BOPIS, delivery, and in-store events.
