Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional experiences for customers across our U.S. and Canadian stores.

You will lead the selling on the floor when a manager isn’t present, open and close the store, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture while delivering Warby Parker’s values and product knowledge. You are a retail professional with leadership experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a management position.
• Retail experience at a customer-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
