Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional experiences for customers across all U.S. and Canada locations. You will share Warby Parker's story on the sales floor and participate in process improvements and special projects.

The role requires retail experience with at least 6+ months in a supervisory/management capacity, strong communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Expect frontline selling, floor leadership, and occasional open/close duties.

Qualifications

• Backed by professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
