The role focuses on delivering personalized service, coaching teammates, and maintaining high standards while supporting omnichannel sales. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Prev management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• Own initiative and decision-making.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize.

Responsibilities
