Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for the Fairfax, VA store to drive personalized customer experiences and support a high-performing team. The role includes collaborating with the Store Manager, guiding associates, and maintaining brand standards to ensure a seamless in-store and omnichannel experience.

The position is Regular/Part Time with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. In-store experience and POS proficiency are preferred to help lead daily store operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient; able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Shows initiative and prioritizes tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates to achieve it.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to function as a reliable backup manager when needed.
• Uphold brand standards and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
