Job summary

KnitWell Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to coach teammates and deliver personalized customer experiences across in-store and online channels.

You will partner with the Store Manager to onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold high visual and service standards, and drive sales through coaching, feedback, and effective use of store tools.

This role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for advancement within our brands.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Comfortable communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing the team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
• Utilize technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for omnichannel shopping.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
