Job summary

KnitWell Group in Albertville, MN is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer service and guide associates to deliver personalized experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as acting manager when needed.

The role requires retail sales experience and leadership aptitude, with comfort operating a POS system. You’ll coach teams, drive engagement, uphold standards, and ensure a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred)
• Management experience (preferred)
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Enjoys communicating and coaching
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
