Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at our Orlando store to model exceptional customer experiences, guide and mentor associates, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. You’ll collaborate with leadership to onboard and develop a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers.

The role requires interpersonal skills, a knack for coaching, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience in coaching or developing a team is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help associates excel in customer interactions.
• Support an omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
