Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Thousand Oaks, CA to guide daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the sales floor, coach associates, and act as Leader on Duty when management is unavailable, ensuring a smooth, customer-first environment.

You will drive sales performance, participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and new product launches, and represent POP MART's brand through engaging storytelling and effective team

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by sharing the stories behind POP MART's artists, characters, Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and exclusive collaborations.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and team members alike.
